For anyone operating in the call of a teacher instructing the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, you have to come to expect resistance from unbelievers and rejection from the world. The Word and the world doesn't speak the same language. But also come to the understanding that they really can't see what you are saying through ignorance or unbelief and to forgive them for they know not what they do. By bearing this in mind, it'll keep you from becoming discouraged and getting in your feelings when what you speak is not received, even from the Church. Never strive to be in God's position for glory because He's the only one deserving of it. So don't concern yourself with the spotlight. Just because someone has an entourage of yes men doesn't mean they are accurately delivering the Truth. And never let anyone discourage you from speaking what He's called you to say. If you catch backlash, you may be saying something they needed to hear, but wasn't ready to accept at that time. Either way, you did what you were instructed to do. But don't allow your words to be spoken without being coupled with compassion. We were all once in the same state before our Divine encounter. Remember that our purpose is to display God's love by showing them the Way, through giving them the Truth from the Source of Life which is God and through Jesus the Christ.
